In light of the countless animals that are euthanized and abandoned each year, Pedro Pet Pals urges all residents of Los Angeles to adopt their pets from their local shelter and ensure that pets purchased or adopted are appropriately spayed or neutered. We remind you that all dogs or cats over the age of 4 months need to be spayed or neutered unless they are specially exempt.
